At my current job I was given the task of revamping the Entrepreneurship Club in the Marriott School. I examined the current strengths and weaknesses of the program, proposed a new structure and set in place processes that would provide for more growth and continuity from year-to-year. This Training Manual I created outlines the new program, including completely new branding elements.
